The Dogwood Room is a beautiful and elegant event space located on the upper floor at the Corner of Rock Creek building. Our event space is a modern and versatile venue that can host a variety of events such as weddings, corporate events, business meetings, and private parties.
Our 3,000 square foot event space includes 6 foot by 3 foot rectangular banquet-style tables and accompanying chairs, a kitchenette, and flexible seating arrangements. Large widows allow for soft natural light for beautiful pictures. Access to The Dogwood Room can be gained through a set of stairs or the elevator.
Yes, we allow outside catering at our event space or you are welcome to bring your own refreshments.
You are welcome to serve alcohol responsibly at your event. To obtain a one day event alcohol license, please visit Virginia ABC - Banquet License and follow the directions. If you are planning to have alcohol at your event, you will need to include your Banquet (One Day) License number on your lease.
The Dogwood Room can accommodate up to 200 people for an event.
The Dogwood Room is located at 3215 Rock Creek Villa Drive, Quinton, VA 23141, which is approximately 5 minutes from I-64, Exit 205, and also approximately 15 minutes east of Richmond International Airport.

Yes, additional hours before or after your event can be arranged for a fee. Please see the Rates page for more information.
A $500 security deposit and a signed lease agreement must be received in order to secure your date. Events with alcohol being served require a $750 security deposit and ABC event license. The rental fee must be paid at least two weeks before your event takes place. We will be happy to refund your security deposit to you upon our satisfactory exit inspection.
